The new Cummins DQDAC QSL9-G7 diesel generator is projected to be available by January 22, 2026. This unit is rated to deliver up to 300 kW for standby use and 270 kW for prime power. It houses a Cummins QSL9-G7 engine that provides 418 horsepower at 1800 RPM, conforming to EPA Tier 3 emission standards. It operates on a flexible voltage arrangement of 3/60/120/208V, being reconnectable to 480V, supported by a 1200 Amp adjustable main-line circuit breaker. The generator comes equipped with a Permanent Magnet Generator (PMG) featuring an oversized generator end rated at 352 kW. It's listed under UL 2200 for stationary engine-generator assemblies, ensuring durability under high ambient temperatures with its engine cooling system. The unit is managed via a PowerCommand 2.3 digital control panel and includes amenities like a battery charger, coolant heater, and a weather enclosure. It also features a 550-gallon UL 142 listed sub-base fuel tank with secondary containment.
